Peanut butter and jelly is always a good idea, especially when we're talking about breakfast.

Refined sugar free, vegetarian, gluten free
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup frozen banana slices (about half a banana)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
Handful spinach
2 tbsp oats
1/8 tsp vanilla
Milk or water to blend
Steps:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth! Top with anything you like.
