Ingredients
1/4 Cup Steel Cut Oats
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Chai Tea Concentrate
1/2 Cup Milk of choice
1/2 large Carrot, finely grated
1 Tbsp ground Flax Seed
Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
I topped mine with almond butter, cacao nibs, pecans, maple syrup and milk!
Steps:
Simmer the oats over medium-low heat in chai tea and milk for about 20 minutes until water is evaporated and oats are fully cooked.
Remove from heat and add carrot, flax, vanilla, cinnamon, and coconut sugar (to taste). Add toppings and enjoy!
