5-INGREDIENT PALEO FUDGE

Crazy rich, lower-sugar, melt-in-your-mouth fudge that could not be easier to make.

 

Makes 8 pieces

10 minutes active, 2 hours total

Paleo, vegan, refined sugar free, dairy free, gluten free, nut free, vegetarian

 



Ingredients:

3/4 cup coconut cream

1.5 cups chocolate chips (if paleo look for dairy- and refined-sugar-free)

¼ cup cacao powder (or cocoa powder)

Pinch salt

½ tsp vanilla


Steps:

Add coconut cream, chocolate chips, cacao, and salt to a saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.


Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper and add fudge batter. Place into the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
